We are currently in the final validation phase of our new model, scheduled for release later this month.
In this model, we added three main features. First, we used USB Programmable Power Supply (USB PPS) standard for the power stage. This enables the use of standard, low-cost and high-quality adapters found in modern fast chargers. This high-efficiency design will also support our future high-current measurements. We believe the electrochemistry community will benefit from the practical advantages of USB PPS technology.
Second, we implemented multi-sine capability. This allows the system to measure multiple frequencies simultaneously. This feature significantly reduces the duration of low-frequency experiments.
Finally, we integrated a Small Language Model (SLM) into the user interface to address usability and automation needs. The AI-assisted interface helps with parameter selection, data analysis, and graph generation. The SLM operates entirely offline on the local computer without requiring excessive RAM. This means your data remains private and does not go to the cloud.
